Mark G. Hilderbrand, Managing Director
Mr. Hilderbrand has been a Managing Director at Housatonic Partners since 2006 and has more than 18 years of experience in private equity. Prior to Housatonic, he was a General Partner at Onset Ventures and a Vice President at Summit Partners, where he focused on recapitalizations and buyouts of high-growth technology and services businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company.
Mr. Hilderbrand holds a BS from Boston University, a MS from Stanford University, and a MBA from the Harvard Business School. He led the firm’s investment in Exponential Media and is a Director of 365 Main, LLC; Circle Graphics, Inc.; Learner's Digest International, LLC; Onrad, Inc; Onsite Heath, Inc; QMC International, LLC; Registria Customer Experience, LLC; WCCT Global, LLC; and the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Northern California.

Joseph M. Niehaus, Managing Director
Mr. Niehaus was a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman before joining Housatonic Partners in 2001. During his twelve-year career at Hellman & Friedman, he was involved in several of the firm's recurring services, media and communications investments including Eller Media, Falcon Cable, and Mitchell International. Earlier in his career, Mr. Niehaus was employed in the Merchant Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions departments at Morgan Stanley & Co.
Mr. Niehaus is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School. He is a Director of Aircraft Fasteners International, LLC; California Communications, LLC; Continental Fire & Safety Services, LLC; Convergent Broadcasting, LLC; HemaSource, Inc.; ResponseLink, LLC and South Florida Media Group, LLC.

Barry D. Reynolds, Managing Director
Mr. Reynolds founded the San Francisco office of Housatonic Partners in 1998. Previously, he worked with private equity firms including Bain Capital, Texas Pacific Group and Trident Capital, focusing on information and business services companies. Prior to becoming a principal in the private equity industry, he was a Manager with Bain & Company. At Bain, he co-founded the Principal Investor Services practice, consulting to medium and large buyout funds and strategic buyers. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reynolds worked as an engineer for the General Electric Company.
Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was the Ford Scholar. He is a Director of CaseCentral, Inc.; ProService Hawaii; ServiceSource International, LLC; and Onsite Heath, Inc.

William N. Thorndike, Managing Director
Mr. Thorndike founded Housatonic Partners in Boston in 1994 and has been Managing Director since that time. Prior to that, Mr. Thorndike worked with T. Rowe Price Associates where he did investment research in the nascent field of business services and Walker & Company where he was named to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Thorndike is a graduate of Harvard College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a Director of Access Information Management; Alta Colleges; Continental Fire & Safety Services, LLC, Carillon Assisted Living, LLC; Liberty Towers, LLC; OASIS Group Ltd.; QMC International, LLC; White Flower Farm, Inc., a Trustee of Stanford Business School Trust, the College of the Atlantic Chair and a founding partner at FARM, a social impact investing fund/collaborative.

James L. Wilder, Director
Mr. Wilder joined Housatonic Partners in 2001. Prior to that, he was an Associate with The Beacon Group, a private equity firm acquired by JP Morgan Chase in 2000. While at Beacon, he focused on leveraged buyout investments in the energy and telecommunications sectors. Previously, Mr. Wilder worked in the Media and Telecommunications group at Lehman Brothers where he was involved with Mergers and Acquisition transactions for wireless services and cable companies.
Mr. Wilder is a graduate of Princeton University and the Harvard Business School. He is a Director of Aircraft Fasteners International, LLC; HealthWyse, LLC; HemaSource, Inc.;

Karen E. Liesching, Principal
Ms. Liesching was a Vice President at State Street Bank and Trust Company before joining Housatonic Partners in 2000. During her tenure at State Street, Ms. Liesching specialized in providing highly structured financings to companies in the recurring services, media and communications industries. In particular, Ms. Liesching was responsible for developing State Street's lending practice in the security alarm monitoring industry.
Ms. Liesching is a graduate of Tufts University. She is a Director of Bay Communications, LLC; Liberty Towers, LLC; and MedOptions, LLC.

William B. Kuntz, Vice President
Mr. Kuntz joined Housatonic Partners in 2010, bringing seven years of private equity experience to the firm. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Vance Street Capital. He previously worked at Summit Partners and Internet Capital Group, where he focused on recapitalizations and buyouts of software, internet and recurring services-related businesses.
Mr. Kuntz is a graduate of Stanford University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Joshua R. Galland, Associate
Mr. Galland joined Housatonic Partners in 2011. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the Technology Group at Jefferies & Company. In this role, he advised public and private growth-oriented technology companies regarding mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising transactions. Previously, Mr. Galland worked with Esurance Insurance Services.
Mr. Galland is a graduate of Stanford University.

Stephen M. Johnson, Associate
Mr. Johnson joined Housatonic Partners in 2010. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. In this role, he advised public and private companies and financial sponsors regarding mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions in various industries. Previously, Mr. Johnson worked with Citigroup, General Electric and American International Group.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Housatonic Partners in 1999, Ms. Raimondi was the Controller at Trident Capital, a private equity firm based in Palo Alto with over $1.9 billion in capital under management. Earlier in her career, Ms. Raimondi was a Manager with Ernst & Young in San Francisco.
Ms. Raimondi is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kirsi Fontenot, Tax Director
Before joining Housatonic Partners in 2002, Ms. Fontenot was with Ernst & Young, San Francisco for ten years. As a Senior Manager, she was the tax services executive for Ernst & Young's San Francisco Bay Area private equity clients and co-leader of its national private equity network.
Ms. Fontenot is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Valerie J. Wong, Finance Assistant
Ms. Wong joined Housatonic Partners in 2013. Most recently, she was at Trident Capital, where she was one of the founding employees in 1993. Prior to that, she was an Administrative Assistant at Partech International and Alex. Brown & Sons. She has over twenty years of administrative and accounting–related experience, and supports the Finance team in San Francisco.
Ms. Wong is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in East Asian Languages, with a major in Classical Chinese.

| Michael C. Jackson, Special Limited Partner
Mr. Jackson was a Founding Partner of Housatonic Partners in 1994. Prior to that, he was a Partner and Managing Director at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Jackson's career at Lehman Brothers began in 1968 and included the management of the Corporate Finance Department as well as the Private Placement, Telecommunications and Investor-Owned Utility Groups.
Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the School for Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins, and the New York University Graduate School of Business. He is currently a Director of LeMaitre Vascular, Inc.; South Florida Media Group, LLC; and Vox Communications, LLC. He is also the Chairman of the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for the Social Sciences at Dartmouth College.

| Eliot Wadsworth, II, Special Limited Partner
Mr. Wadsworth was a Founding Partner of Housatonic Partners in 1994. He is the owner and CEO of White Flower Farm, Inc., and Managing Partner of Boston Common Press, LP, a niche publishing company. Mr. Wadsworth also purchased Horticulture Magazine in 1981 and sold it to a strategic buyer in 1988.
Mr. Wadsworth is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School and served on the finance faculty of the Harvard Business School. He is a Director of Boston Common Press, LP.

| H. Irving Grousbeck, Special Limited Partner
Mr. Grousbeck is a Consulting Professor of Management at Stanford Business School, where he began teaching in 1985. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Grousbeck was a Lecturer at Harvard University, Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Grousbeck was a co-founder of Continental Cablevision, Inc. where he served as President from 1964 to 1980 and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1980 to 1985. Continental Cablevision was sold to U.S. West Media Group in November 1996 for over $11 billion.
Mr. Grousbeck is a graduate of Amherst College and the Harvard Business School. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Alta Colleges, Inc.; Asurion Corporation; Carillon Assisted Living, LLC; Braden Partners, LP; and the Hewlett Foundation.
